Hi! I am also interested in creating Telugu Open Type Font. I installed VOLT and Fontcreator (evaluation). But I am unable to create GSUB etc. Do you have any idea?

Finally I am able to create a Telugu font working both in Windows XP and Windows Vista. Some minor glitches are there - some space problems and I hope they will be sorted shortly.
